What's that rumble coming down the street? Why... it's a CR&R tractor trailer with workers kicking trash bins out the back and wheeling them to your curb. -- Funny thing, WM has not picked up trash this morning. Will they? Or, does this mean residents are supposed to dump the WM cans into the CR&R?
