FULLERTON, CA — A 20-year-old woman was attacked inside a Fullerton parking structure on Wednesday afternoon and stabbed twice, according to police. The suspect was found hours later after a massive search in the area of North Brea, police said.
The attack occurred just before 1 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Brea Boulevard, said Fullerton police Sgt. Jon Radus. The woman, whose name was withheld, was rushed to an area hospital, but was expected to survive, he said.
The search prompted precautionary lockdowns at Beechwood Elementary School at 780 Beechwood Ave. and the EV Free Church at 2801 N. Brea Blvd., Radus said. The lockdowns were lifted about 2:45 p.m., when officers made an arrest.
