Sponsorship opportunities are available at different levels and it allows Relay to bring a wide array of participants together to fight against cancer. It’s a unique way to inspire hope and to create awareness to help those facing the disease.
Vendors are a huge part of our successful event. To hold a space at Relay, vendors need to make a $25 deposit. We ask that those selling products or services donate 20% of their profits. You will need to bring your own easy–up, table, chairs and supplies. The vendor fee is tax deductible as a charitable donation to the American Cancer Society.

If you are a small business, a dentist, hairdresser, this is an inexpensive way to advertise your business. For $100 you can get a half-page ad in the program that looks just like your business card.

Teams walk on the track at the Lake Forest Sports Park. They are committed to creating awareness and raising money in the fight against cancer. Join in the party atmosphere! Teams pitch tents, camp-out, eat, feast, share in games and entertainment.
Because Relay is a team event, individuals aren’t required to be there the entire time. However, it’s so much fun you will get caught up in the party atmosphere and want to stay. The day is packed with entertainment- bands, Kids zone, onsite fundraisers, fight back messages, and more.
You don’t need to be a runner or even a walker to participate. The common thread is to have team members’ continuously walking, running or strolling around the track for 24-hours to celebrate those who have survived cancer, remember those we have lost to the disease and to empower everyone to fight back against cancer.
Relay is a healing experience for those fighting cancer. It offers them a chance to meet others who have claimed victory over cancer. This is a great, free family event for the community, but it wouldn’t be possible without the many generous sponsors and volunteers.
