Ship Lap in Lanes Causes Traffic Break Near Lake Forest Thursday
A load of Ship Lap, decorative wood and crown molding that fell from a work truck caused a traffic break today near Lake Forest Thursday

LAKE FOREST, CA โ In a fixer upper scene gone wrong, a load of ship lap in lanes caused a half hour closure southbound on the Alicia Parkway off-ramp near Lake Forest today.
The wood and crown molding was reported as dropping off a white Ford-F-15o and into lanes by CHP.
"The individual stopped on the right shoulder, as his debris was in the #2 lane," CHP officer Anthony Latosquin stated. "He waited on the scene to retrieve the wood from the roadway"

A 15 minute traffic break was needed to retrieve the construction material from the roadway, and traffic resumed by 2:30 p.m.
No one was injured in the incident.
