LAKE FOREST, CA — The use of a city seal is an important matter, representatives of the city of Lake Forest said over social media. When it came to their attention that a city seal was being used in conjunction with a solar program, they decided to do something about it.

According to officials, the Quantum Solar company "makes it look like the city of Lake Forest is offering a solar program," they said. "We're not affiliated with the company or offering any solar programs."

Calls to Quantum Solar revealed that their phone number was not connected, and there was no website associated with the account, further implicating the company as a scam.
