The Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce and the City hosted a half-day "Secrets & Strategies for Business Success" seminar for current and prospective entrepreneurs last Friday. This free seminar featured informative sessions from experts in their given industries. Business owners visited various business resource booths and formed collaborative business partnerships.
Among the presenters were Tom Porter (Kawasaki Motors), Steve Smith (GrowthSource Consulting), Jake Olague (Spectrum Brands), Mike Brenhaug (The Focus Guy), and Nathan Covey (Cox Communications)
Planning Commissioner Dave Carter and Parks Commissioner Loretta Herrin were there.

Unfortunately due to a timing conflict, many of the people at the workshop had to leave at 10 am in order to make it over to the Civic Center Ground breaking.
