Thuggish behavior from Councilman James Gardner against other blogger disclosed - Gardner's bullying & intimidation revealed

This was written yesterday by what seems like a respected resident who blogged about James Gardner in the past - she decided to quit because of his bullying and thug tactics. I now believe Gardner should spare our fine city any more of his aggressiveness - HE SHOULD RESIGN NOW!

Thanks to Google alerts yet again, I see that you have used my name in another one of your posts. I don’t know who James Ross is, and frankly I don’t care. I do, however, care about the content of his assertions. I see that the same strategies you and your gang used on me when I spent time rebutting your claims are now being used on him. You are spending so much time attacking the messenger because you have no rebuttal for the actual message. Yes, I did write several posts in this forum two years ago during the election because you had chosen to write libelous lies about my family. In my anger at your actions, I did more digging into the claims you had made about others and became increasingly concerned for the future of our city (one that I have lived in for over 40 years). I could not sit by and say nothing when you started the campaign to “take out” Kathryn McCullough (your words, not mine). Two of the many articles you wrote to smear her reputation used the words “take her out” and featured a still shot from the Ray Rice elevator incident in which he punched and knocked out his then fiancé. The next day you wrote another post using the same language and featured a picture taken at the press conference with Rice. This was done just days after the incident became the fodder of all mainstream news, not just sports talk radio, so no one could claim ignorance about the event. You insisted that the use of the pictures was a mistake or a technical glitch by the Patch. The fact that the pictures had been part of your articles for 3 weeks before I discovered them and pointed out the inappropriateness of them to you showed you had either an alarming lack of attention to detail, or an equally alarming racial and misogynist bias. It was at that time that you and your gang started attacking and threatening my personal safety in this forum. These threats expanded to your facebook page and then I started getting threats to my and my family’s physical safety via personal emails and facebook messages that mentioned my childrens’ schools and my home. So do I care if someone writing posts against you and your gang doesn’t want to use their real name? Absolutely not. I would actually recommend anyone else do that, too, as you will see by the way I will now be attacked again here and in the facebook groups run by Jim and Leah to which they chose to block access for my husband and me. It is not safe for a resident to use their real name to publicly disagree with or point out inaccuracies in the claims of Jim, Adam or Leah.
