(Please note - the original purpose of these Town Hall meetings was to provide a forum in advance of the next Council meeting. Unfortunately the next Council meeting was cancelled by Mayor Voigts. I did ask my colleagues to schedule a special meeting because we are so far behind and have more than a dozen agenda items sitting on the back burner, but Mayor Voigts refused to re-consider and hence the meeting next week will not occur nor will there be a replacement meeting. The next Council meeting will be in September)
