The City of Lake Forest and SCORE are co-sponsoring the Common Legal Questions For Businesses Seminar. New business owners often have questions regarding the formalities required to get their business off the ground. Don't miss this informative workshop where Michael Schulze, associate with Kring & Chung, LLP's Irvine office, will address the most frequently asked legal questions and will provide an overview on the following topics: determining the best legal structure for their business, addressing the common types of contracts small business owners encounter, tips for entering into contracts, and protecting the intellectual property of a small business.
