New business owners often have questions regarding the formalities required to get their business off the ground. Don't miss this informative workshop where Michael Schulze, associate with Kring & Chung, LLP's Irvine office, will address the most frequently asked legal questions and will provide an overview on the following topics: determining the best legal structure for their business, addressing the common types of contracts small business owners encounter, tips for entering into contracts, and protecting the intellectual property of a small business.
