My wife and I had the absolute worst experience having them as management for the condo we rented. During the term of our lease, they took over management from a different company and roped us into a contract that we never agreed to. When we were wrapping up our term, Westman said we needed to do about $1k worth of improvements. There was absolutely nothing wrong and the previous manager absolutely loved us. When trying to speak with Westman at his office to discuss this (because they never picked up their phones), he kicked us out because we were "threatening"... Definitely not the case.
We ended up taking them to court and easily winning. Right before the hearing, Westman tried settling for half. He obviously knew he was in the wrong.
I wouldn't trust these guys, especially the owner, with anything. Bad news!
