Man Fatally Shot In Oceanside

• The victim was taken to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, where he later died. A suspect description was not immediately available.

• An Oceanside police officer discovered millions of dollars' worth of meth and cocaine hidden inside 44-year-old Ricardo Lujan's car.
