EL CAJON, CA – Several small brush fires have sparked along westbound Interstate 8 in East County.
The blazes broke out near homes along I-8 at Main Street in El Cajon. The fires were first reported at 6:42 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Traffic is slowed in the area.
