Not unexpectedly, November in general continued the trending of lower temperatures, with only half as much rain received during the same period in 2012.
The first week of December brings a renewed chance of rain to the region as well as significantly, unusually lower daytime high temperatures, some not exceeding 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
