3 People Shot in Moraga Sunday Night: Police
Police say one person who was wounded shot the other two, and there are no outstanding suspects.
LAMORINDA, CA — Three people were shot in Moraga Sunday night. All three have been hospitalized, according to reports, and there are no suspects outstanding, according to police.
Moraga Police reported via Nixle that they responded to an assault with a deadly weapon report near the Starbucks on Moraga Road at around 7:30 p.m. "The suspect is in custody and it is safe," police say.
A dispatcher told Bay City News Service that two people were shot inside a car.

The gunman who shot them fled on foot and was tracked down by police, KTVU is reporting, and taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek for treatment, along with the other two shooting victims.
An update on the conditions of the three shooting victims is not available. Their identities have not been released.
