Adding Color to Silvery Clay Work with Lois Inman,Certified Precious Metal Artisan This full-day workshop will introduce you to the basics of working with vitreous enamels, which can add beautiful, rich color to your metal clay creations. The basics are easy to learn, and participants will have the opportunity to make a silver piece suitable for enameling, and then apply and fire the enamels. We will be working with lead-free enamels only, and we will follow safety guidelines. You may email the instructor with any questions: loisinman@comcast.net. The price of silver clay goes up and down with the silver market, but $50 is about the average materials fee.
