If you are wondering how to make it through the holidays gluten-free, this is the class for you.  Chris Becker, MS, certified nutritionist and personal chef will help you understand what gluten is and how you can cook and eat a balanced diet without it.  Gabrielle, our office manager, has been gluten-free for many years and has loads of experience cooking, shopping, and preparing for gluten-free holidays.  Class includes cooking and baking tips, ingredient sourcing, label reading, and lots of recipes.  Come hungry!!  $25, please call in advance to reserve your space.
