It’s delightful waking up to bird songs in the early mornings. Wouldn’t you like to know exactly what species of birds you are hearing? Birding by ear (listening to and identifying birds by their songs and calls) is a great way to locate birds, and often the easiest way to identify birds. Also, bird song identification adds to our enjoyment of birding.
