Joe Lurie will provide an engaging dialogue on communication between cultures. Mr. Lurie is executive director emeritus of UC Berkeley's International House, a former Peace Corps volunteer and teacher of African Studies and Swahili. He is now an intercultural trainer, executive coach, and career counselor. He co-wrote Close Encounters of a Cross-Cultural Kind and has written for Harper's Magazine and U.S. News & World Report.
