A cemetery tour and lecture on those who have passed before us can be just the thing for residents interested in local history as well as in capturing a little pre-Halloween flavor.
Mary McCosker and Nancy Flood will guide those interested in doing both during an LHS speaker's series walking tour of the Lafayette Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 30. A talk follows the tour. Seating in the Lafayette Library & Learning Center is limited so you're encouraged to email questions and reservations early.
A $10 donation is requested for LHS Members and $15 for Nonmembers. Attend both events and receive a $5 discount from the requested donation.
