Free BART Tickets From The Contra Costa County Library
The Discover & Go promotion is back! Take a list at the 22 participating destinations and grab you free tickets before they're gone.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA —How about free BART tickets to take your kids to the California Academy of Sciences, Children's Creativity Museum, or the Exploratorium? Summer just got a whole lot more fun and affordable.
The Contra Costa County Library is offering free BART tickets for use with Discover & Go reservations from July through October. County residents who are 18 or older can submit a request for BART tickets by clicking on the banner ad on their Discover & Go pass starting Monday.

1) Click the "Print/Download" button

2) Click on the 511 banner on your Discover & Go pass to request your BART tickets. The banner will look like this:

BART tickets will be mailed to your home about five business days before your museum visit. The offer is limited to one per household and is available while supplies last.
"Discover & Go is a great way to experience cultural learning all over the Bay Area and have fun," said County Librarian Melinda Cervantes. “This partnership with 511 Contra Costa is making getting there a bit easier.”
Since 2011, the Contra Costa County Library has partnered with over 90 northern California cultural destinations, and made over 1,000,000 visits possible for library cardholders.
