REMINDER: Plan Bay Area Meeting, Thursday, June 20, 2013 in Oakland

June 20, 7:00 p.m. - Special ABAG Executive Board Meeting

  • Location: Joseph P. Bort MetroCenter, 101 Eighth Street, Oakland, CA 94607
  • Action: Presentation on public comment on Draft Plan and results/direction from the June 14 Joint MTC Planning/ABAG Administrative Committee Meeting
When you get to the meeting:

1. Pick up literature 2. Sign in3. Get a speaker card.4. Note on the speaker card what agenda item you want to comment on (all items are #7 and 8, see below, Items 7 a-c and Item 8)** 5. Take a seat and wait until your name is called to the podium--be prepared !!6. Comments are usually limited to 2-3 minutes.7. You may be able to give your minutes to someone else if you don't want to speak yourself. Ask when you get there if that is allowed.
