LAMORINDA, CA — Tiffinie Brenner has found a way to add peace to her day by starting it at Lafayette Reservoir. If you care to visit, the reservoir is owned and operated by the East Bay Municipal Utility District. It offers boating, fishing, hiking and biking. Dogs are allowed if they are leashed.
