VIDEO: Lafayette Art & Wine Festival
Good crowds, everyone taking care of everyone else, people making a little money and having fun. What better way to spend a weekend in Lafayette?
Well, that was a gas. Lamorinda Patch mingled with the people this weekend and ended up having the time of their lives.
You never know how many people use their screen names as their identities until they walk up and say: "Hi, J.D. I'm Rick - you know me as Bravo Two Zero." Momentary heartskip and then handshakes - you were all great fun.
We tried to get into the shops around Mt. Diablo and spread the wealth around a bit as they were a little cut off by the crowds. Thanks to Brenda at Papillon for keeping us caffeinated through two days of meetings and greeting (we'd duck in there when we could to do business.)

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth, the Candy Man who came by every ten minutes for another hand-full of candy, to Elizabeth Jensen who was a one-woman whirlwind, to Amy, Tom and to everyone else.
Thanks, guys, you made it fun.
