Friday: Corinne West & Kelly Joe Phelps

Putting aside their respective solo careers, Corinne West and Kelly Joe Phelps have joined forces to form a perfectly complimentary working partnership, a decision that seemed destined to happen. A good 16 years as a respected solo singer and guitarist, Kelly Joe found time last year to work alongside California singer-songwriter Corinne West, active on the music scene for the relatively shorter period of just six years, but a period packed with creativity nonetheless. Come and hear their musical magic at the Lark Theater (549 Magnolia).  Doors open at 8:30 and the show begins at 9 p.m.  Advance tickets (until 4/7) are $20.  Same day tickets are $25.  Call (415) 924-5111 for more information.

Saturday: "Larkspur Past and Present" Inaugural Book Sale and Author Signing

Meet the authors and production team of the brand new updated edition of "Larkspur Past and Present" — a history and walking tour guide book.  This is the first time the book will be available for sale. At the Book Passage (51 Tamal Vista Blvd).  This free event begins at 2 p.m.
