Friday:

Dark is light and light is dark in this hilarious comic ballet of a farce!  In an attempt to impress his future father-In-law and score a job with a wealthy European art dealer, our hero and his fiancée “borrow” some very expensive antique furniture and objects d’arte from his fussy neighbor to spruce up his apartment.  When the power fails, the neighbor returns unexpectedly and the not-so-old girl friend shows up, chaos ensues. Great fun for the entire family.Seating is limited in the Studio Theatre so reserve early.

If you go: College of Marin’s Studio Theatre is located at 835 College Avenue in Kentfield. The show begins at 8 pm.


Saturday:

SPARK's Prom 2011 Auction Event, to benefit the , will be held on Saturday. Guests will enjoy cocktails and elegant appetizers from premier caterer An Affair to Remember. A large variety of silent auction items, including classroom art projects and a host of services and items will be up for bidding — all to benefit our great schools. If you go: This special prom takes place under the Big Tent at thelocated at 1620 Redwood Highway in Corte Madera. The party goes on from 6-midnight and tickets are $95.
