Come over the Larkspur Ferry Terminal and enjoy some of the best mobile food trucks & vendors in the Bay. Food Truck Crush will feature Floating Records recording artist Fred Odell along with celebrity food vendors such as the delectable Indian street food from Curry Up Now, amazing Cajun creations from Suzie Q's Lunch Box, perfect wood fired pizza from Pizza Politana, the best BBQ in the Bay from TheRibWhip, Food Network's Cupcake Wars winner Sift Cupcake and Dessert Bar and inconceivably delicious ice cream from Three Twins. Go on, you know you want to!

Marin Movement Center sponsors a free lecture by Dr. Martin Rossman, a medical doctor who first introduced acupuncture to Marin in 1972, and has used it daily since then in his Integrative medicine practice. He is a Clinical Faculty member at UCSF, and was a Founding Member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. In this talk he will discuss the remarkable wisdom in ancient Chinese medicine theory, review the newest science including fMRI evidence of how acupuncture works, and demonstrate an acupuncture treatment with and without the use of needles. Time for a discussion of your questions will also be included.The workshop is free to all. Saturday:
“Hands Only” CPR can be as effective as traditional methods that require mouth to mouth breathing.The Marin County Emergency Medical Services Agency, in collaboration with local public safety agencies and ambulance providers, is sponsoring several “Hands-Only” CPR training events across the County on Saturday. In just a few minutes, anyone that stops by the designated locations can learn these new CPR techniques that can literally save a life. Last year over 700 people were training in this technique during the one-day event.
