Amateur Radio Boy Scout Merit Badge training

ARRL Kids Day is an on-air event to encourage young people (licensed or not) to have
fun with Amateur Radio. It is designed to give on-the-air experience to
youngsters and hopefully foster interest in getting a license of their
own. Kids Field Day is one week before the big nationwide Field Day.

Scout Merit Badge Training included

Date: June 15, 2013. 9 am to 4 pm

Location Address: 9300 Fanita Parkway, Santee, CA 92071

There will be presentations starting at 9 am for those wanting to
learn about amateur radio. On the air transmissions begin at 11 am or
1800 UTC Saturday and run through 11 am, 2059 UTC, Sunday. This venue
closes at 4 pm.
