San Ysidro Health Center to Hold Child Health and Well-Being Expo

WHO:    San Ysidro Health Center (www.syhc.org), one of the county’s largest safety net providers delivering health services to low-income, uninsured residents.                    


WHAT:  San Ysidro Health Center’s Children Health and Well-Being Expo includes free    immunization, dental, vision, vital signs/weight screenings.  In addition, the Expo offers health forums on nutrition, exercise, health check-ups, and behavioral health services. Participants are encouraged to bring their children’s immunization records for review.


WHEN:  Saturday, May 18, 2013, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
