• San Diego Restaurant Week brings boost to Lemon Grove's Giardino (10news.com) — Lemon Grove diners have a chance this week to support Giardino, a tucked-away Italian spot on Broadway that's leveraging San Diego Restaurant Week to attract new regulars. Owner Karina Kravalis says most customers are loyal locals, but the eight-day event helps introduce the neighborhood restaurant to people who didn't even know Lemon Grove had this kind of dining option.
