They are able shop for free at the thrift store for clothes for job interviews and school as well as items to furnish a new place to live after graduation. Proceeds from the thrift store directly support the women and children at Shepherd’s Gate by providing care, safety, education and encouragement as they rebuild their lives. Entry fee is $5, and the grand prize winner will receive $150. Second place receives $75 and third place gets a deck. Highest pole jam also wins a new deck. After the contest, listen to live music by Icarus Jones Collective and Bonus Traxx for $5.
