The U15 Livermore Fusion SC 02 Maroon NPL girls had some fun in the San Diego sun during the last weekend of July, capturing the coveted Carlsbad Cup.
The Fusion girls entered the championship game undefeated, holding first place in their tightly contested bracket. The final game was a nail biter, with both teams playing their hearts out--all the way to a PK shootout finish where stellar goalkeeper, Sierra Street, saved deadly shots to secure the win! Our Livermore Fusion girls came out on top in the end, and each team player contributed to the weekend's success.
