Livermore Cat Survives Brutal Arrow Attack, Police Say
This is not the first cat to suffer from horrific animal cruelty in Livermore. Police are now looking for any witnesses to the incident.

Livermore, CA — Police are seeking the owners of a Livermore cat recently found shot with an arrow. The badly injured cat was discovered in a front yard on Honeysuckle Road in the Springtown area on June 7, Livermore Police Officer Traci Rebiejo said.
Rescuers lovingly named the resilient feline "Bow" and describe him as a medium-sized black male. According to Rebiejo, Bow was microchipped, but the chip led police to a cat rescue organization in San Ramon.

"The Safe Cat Foundation picked him up and paid for the surgery," Rebiejo said. "Bow is recuperating well. We are trying to find the owner of the cat and any witness to the animal cruelty crime."
Rebiejo says Bow was not the first cat found injured in Livermore. On June 4, a cat named Stuffing was discovered on the west side of town after it had been shot three times by a pellet gun. Stuffing underwent $6,000 worth of surgery and is recovering.
