"Lost" Ballots at Livermore Post Office?

Livermore residents confirm that the Postmaster at 94550 is "parceling out" mail-in BALLOTS over two weeks.

I just heard from a neighbor that she received her mail-in ballot LAST WEDNESDAY, but her husband has not yet received his. She checked with the Alameda County Registrar Of Voters. They confirmed that ALL the ballots were mailed out last week.

This neighbor then checked with the Postmaster at Livermore (94550). She was told that the Postmaster believes the carriers are "overburdened with election materials," so decided to "parcel them out" (pun intended!) over the next TWO WEEKS.

We are all quite incensed, politely speaking. I have filed a complaint with the United States Postal Service (USPS). I mailed copies to Congressman Eric Swalwell's offices in Pleasanton and in Washington, D.C. I posted this information to Facebook. Finally, I submitted a "Consumer Assistance" request with the CBS television affiliate in San Francisco — KPIX.

So. The "system" really is "rigged." I suggest that whoever made that decision at the Livermore Post Office have his "assets" summarily dismissed.
