The team, RC2Robot, is working on our competitor in the outdoor autonomous vehicle challenge RoboMagellan. We’re starting with a larger sized radio controlled car, then adding ROS (Robot Operating System – the leading open source robotics platform). Toss in sensors, motor controls, radios, lights, sound, a little software magic and voilà, We have a competitor! Keep an eye on our blog, web page and look for RC2Robot on meetup for meeting times.
