Vegetation Fire Burns Monday In Livermore
The fire was sparked amid a period of dry, windy weather deemed conducive to the spread of wildfire.
LIVERMORE, CA — A vegetation fire was reported Monday afternoon in Livermore.
The fire was confirmed shortly before 4 p.m., in the area of Mocho and Holmes streets in Livermore, according to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. That's in a residential area, near Mocho and Parkway parks.
The Bay Area remains under a red flag warning until 5 p.m. Monday. Dry and windy weather has been reported across the Golden State.
