Join us for our third FREE 2026 Willow Springs Experience: ABADÁ-Capoeira in the Park with People of the Earth Krew.

Capoeira (pronounced ka-poo-ay-da) is a martial art developed in Brazil by enslaved Africans. It is a communal game in which two opponents play each other inside a circle, formed by the other players who create rhythm for the game by clapping, singing and playing traditional instruments. —ABADÁ Website

Bring the family and learn more about Abadà-Capoeira and building community through movement. Open to Veterans and Community.

We will provide instruments. Please bring hydration and a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, there will be a limited amount of extra mats).
