City HallWhile City Hall is closed on Monday, Sept. 6. City Hall representatives are generally available Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist with making a payment, payment plans/arrangements, questions about a bill, utility services, parking citations, false alarms and general billing and collections.

Walk-in customers are welcome. For added convenience and reduced wait times, customers may also schedule an in-person appointment online. The public is encouraged to continue taking advantage of the convenient online resources and payment options available on the Financial Services webpage.

The Development Permit Center at City Hall, 2nd Floor, remains open to the public for select in-person services by appointment only.

Street SweepingThere will be no scheduled street sweeping or enforcement of street sweeping violations on Monday, Sept. 6. Street sweeping will resume its regular schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 7.
Parking EnforcementRead your parking meter: Parking meters will be enforced on Monday, Sept. 6, unless the meter states "Exempt on Holidays." The days and hours of enforcement are displayed inside the meters.
Refuse/RecyclingTrash and Recycling will be collected as scheduled on Monday, Sept. 6.
Towing and Lien SalesThe Towing Operations & Vehicle Storage Facility, located at 3111 E. Willow St. between Temple Avenue and Redondo Avenue, will be closed on Monday, Sept. 6. Normal business hours are:
Vehicles and property are available for release outside of the hours listed above for an additional fee. More information can be found online.
LibrariesIn observance of the Labor Day holiday, all Library locations and services, including the Library main phone line, will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 4. Libraries are not open Sundays or Mondays. Library patrons are encouraged to utilize the Library’s vast collection of digital resources, including the Library catalog, downloads, and databases, available 24/7. Library Administration will observe the holiday on Monday, Sept. 6.
