24 Years, a Lot of Kitchen Tables, and a Signal Hill Family This Week

24 Years, a Lot of Kitchen Tables, and a Signal Hill Family This Week

There's a moment that happens at almost every appointment I complete.

We've worked through the documents, everyone has signed where they need to sign, I've notarized everything and checked it twice. And then there's this small exhale — relief, mostly. Sometimes a quiet "thank you" that feels like it means more than just the paperwork.

I've been a mobile notary for 24 years. I've sat at a lot of tables - kitchen, dining room and conference room. That moment never gets old.

This week it happened in Signal Hill, where I visited a family to notarize a full set of estate planning documents — a Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, Trust, and more. Their attorney had prepared everything. My job was to come to them, walk through each document carefully, verify their identities, witness the signatures, and make sure everything was in order before I left.

I'm not the attorney — the legal side of estate planning is entirely their domain — but once the documents are ready to sign, I make sure the notarization piece is handled with care, accuracy, and no unnecessary stress.

And I come to you. Always have.

That's the core of Notary Long Beach - Mobile Notary & Apostille. For over two decades, I've served clients across Signal Hill, Long Beach, Lakewood, San Pedro, Carson, and cities throughout LA County and Orange County. Wherever they are — at home, at work, at a hospital or care facility — because the last thing someone dealing with important paperwork needs is another errand to run.

Estate planning documents are one of the most common things I notarize, but not the only thing. I also handle:

  • Apostilles for documents being used internationally
  • Real estate and loan signings
  • Business and corporate documents
  • Notarizations of all kinds

Same-day and weekend appointments may be available.

If you have documents ready to sign and want someone who will show up on time, take their time, and get it right — I'd be glad to help.
