Long Beach Flasher Targets Minors
There have been at least five incidents between August 6 and Tuesday, authorities said.

LONG BEACH, CA – Long Beach police warned the public Thursday that a flasher had been exposing himself to girls over the past six weeks. The suspect is between 20 and 40 years old and exposed himself at least five different times between Aug. 6 and Tuesday in the area of Arbor Road to Atherton Street and Bellflower Boulevard to Palo Verde Avenue, according to Long Beach police.
All of the lewd acts occurred between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., police said. The suspect, who has been seen riding a dark-colored bicycle, approaches minor females, asks them for directions and then exposes himself, police said. He was described as Hispanic, 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin to average build, short black hair cut shorter on the sides than on top and with several days of unshaven facial hair. He was possibly wearing glasses.
