Neighbor Allegedly Shoots Man In Long Beach
The incident is being investigated as gang-related.

LONG BEACH, CA – A man was shot and seriously wounded allegedly by his neighbor, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after he fled the scene but then returned as police investigated in Long Beach.The shooting, which is being investigated as gang-related, occurred about 6:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Dawson Avenue, according to Long Beach Police Sgt. Brad Johnson.
Officers arrived to find a man shot in the upper body. He was taken to a hospital in serious condition, Johnson said.
"During the investigation the suspect returned and was subsequently arrested," the sergeant said.

The suspect, identified as 24-year-old Gerson Guerrero of Long Beach, was being held in lieu of $2 million bail, Johnson said.
