101 Freeway Slows To A Standstill As 3 Lanes Close Following Crash
Traffic is moving as slow as 3 mph due to lane closures following a collision Wednesday afternoon.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Traffic slowed to a crawl Wednesday afternoon on the 101 Freeway through the Cahuenga Pass following a collision, according to a SigAlert.
The three right lanes of the southbound 101 Freeway were blocked at the Highland Avenue exit as of 2:45 p.m. Traffic was moving as slow as 3 mph in a backup that stretched three miles to the Lankershim Boulevard exit, according the the SigAlert.
The lanes will be blocked until around 4 p.m. while the collision is cleared, according to the California Highway Patrol.
