Additional Victims Of Suspected Child Rapist Sought: LAPD
Authorities believe a 29-year-old man accused of luring and raping two people may have additional victims.

WESTCHESTER, CA — A Westchester man accused of luring two people to his home and raping them may have additional victims, the Los Angeles Police Department announced Thursday.
Detectives released a photo of Peter Avraham Shure, 29.
"Detectives from Juvenile Division are releasing the suspect’s booking photo because they believe the suspect is responsible for additional, unreported sexual assaults and they are asking for anyone that was victimized by this suspect to immediately contact the LAPD," LAPD officials wrote. "In addition, Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance for information regarding this crime. "

The Westchester resident was arrested June 28 on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and two counts of rape. Investigators began investigating Shure after receiving two reports of forced sexual assault, police said.
According to detectives, Shure convinced the victims to go to his home and sexually assaulted them. One of the victims was a girl younger than 14, according to police.

He is facing two counts of forcible rape and one count of lewd act on a child, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Sure has been out on $320,000.00 bond since Friday and is scheduled to reappear in court in August.
In the meantime, the investigation into the alleged rapes will continue, according to police.
