Cole Tomas Allen, 31, allegedly sent writings to family members minutes before the shooting that referred to himself as a “Friendly Federal Assassin” and railed against the Trump administration.

A 13-year-old riding an e-bike in Simi Valley was killed when hit by a passing train. The teen was a Simi Valley resident and local student. “This is a heartbreaking loss for the Simi Valley community,” the Simi Valley Police Department said.

LA authorities are looking for an incarcerated man who e scaped Sunday.

A 14-year-old student is alleging that a charter school employee called him a coward and spat in his face. An administrator intervened, and the defendant allegedly said that administrator had saved the boy’s life.
