Arnold Schwarzenegger Hits Bicyclist With Car, Not At Fault: Reports

The cyclist was taken to a hospital with visible injuries, and the movie star and former governor took the bike for repairs, TMZ reported.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved in a crash Sunday that left a bicyclist injured, according to reports.

The collision occurred around 10:30 a.m. at San Vicente Boulevard and Burlingame Avenue in Brentwood, according to Los Angeles police, who said the cyclist and driver both stayed on scene and that the cyclist was eventually taken to a hospital with visible injuries.

Police declined to identify the driver, but TMZ reported it was Schwarzenegger. The cyclist turned in front of Schwarzenegger’s vehicle before he could brake, according to TMZ, which reported the movie star and former governor is not believed to be at fault, and that he took the cyclist’s bike to be repaired after the crash.

This is not Schwarzenegger’s first traffic collision. About a year ago, he was involved in a pileup in Pacific Palisades in which a woman was injured, Patch reported at the time.
