Body Found On 101 Freeway, Shutting Down Lanes
Police are working to figure out what happened to a person whose body was found next to the southbound side of the Freeway Tuesday morning.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A grisly discovery Tuesday morning shutdown part of the Hollywood (101) Freeway in the downtown Los Angeles.
A body was found next to the southbound lanes near Broadway at about 5:20 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The ensuing police investigation shut down at least two lanes for hours.
Information was not immediately available on the gender or identity of the person whose body was found.
