One Sea Star 3rd Annual 5K Walk

One Sea Star's 3rd Annual 5K Walk returns to the Santa Monica beachfront on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Check-in opens at 9:30 a.m. on Ocean Front Walk near Perry's Cafe, and the walk begins at 10 a.m. The morning wraps up by 1 p.m.
The walk is donation-based and open to the public. Snacks will be provided, and one participant will win a $100 Laemmle Theatres gift card.
Proceeds support One Sea Star's three programs: Compassion for Animals, which brings adoption education and shelter support to Los Angeles Animal Services centers; Neighborhood Beautification, which organizes neighborhood and beach cleanups; and Youth Development, which delivers character-building and leadership programming with local YMCA teen programs.
