Lost disabled sister, please help me find her

My sister wandered off yesterday evening.  She is cognitively impaired & is not familiar with the area.  She was last seen near Temple & Figueroa.  she may have hopped on the bus as she likes to walk around in Hollywood & Beverly Hills.  She was wearing grey sweat pants, a white t-shirt & sandals. The picture below was not her outfit that day, but similar.  If you have any information I would appreciate it.  She is in her mid 40’s conserved & gravely disabled.
