Man Exposes Genitals At Whole Foods In LA County

SANTA CLARITA, CA — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who exposed himself to and touched a woman while she was shopping at a Whole Foods in Valencia, according to authorities.

The incident occurred between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on March 23 at the store in the 24100 block of Valencia Boulevard, where the man approached the woman, exposed himself and “inappropriately touched the victim” before leaving, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station said in an advisory Monday.

Security footage published by KTLA shows the man rubbing his genitals on the woman’s ear while she crouched down to view products. He looked to be holding a cellphone during the incident, possibly to record the assault, the outlet reported.

A Whole Foods spokesperson said in a prepared statement that the company was fully cooperating with authorities and had provided all requested information to law enforcement.

“The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority,” the statement said.
