Man Found Hanging From Bridge Near LAX
A man apparently hung himself from a bridge at the busy gateway to the Los Angeles International Airport, according to the CHP.
WESTCHESTER, CA — A man was found hanging from a bridge in Westchester near Los Angeles International Airport Thursday, and police believe he likely hung himself.
The body was found shortly before 1 a.m. on a busy thoroughfare at the West Century Boulevard offramp of the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway, according to the Officer Patrick Kimball of the California Highway Patrol. The intersection is a busy gateway to LAX.
The case remains under investigation, Kimball said.
