Motorist Killed In 3-Vehicle Crash In Pico-Union Identified As LA Woman
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene despite rescue efforts.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A 42-year-old woman killed in a three-vehicle collision in the Pico-Union district was identified by county authorities Thursday.
Her name was Juana Hernandez Ramos, a resident of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner's office.
Firefighters responded at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday to the 1800 block of South Union Avenue, one block north of Washington Boulevard, to reports of a major collision, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The cause of the collision was being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department.
